Warehouse & stock

The warehouse as it really is. In the system.

Every rack, every location and every batch. What the picker does on the handheld shows up for the warehouse manager right away.

Warehouse map: rack rows by occupancy, next to receiving, returns, floor storage and dispatch staging

A live warehouse map

A model of the physical warehouse (racks, bays, levels and pallet positions) that drives the real stock locations. The map shows what's stored where.

From order to picking

Orders enter an intake queue. The manager sees the stock status of each line and assigns a picker.

Order review in the warehouse: stock per line by location, batch and expiry, with two lines only partly in stock

Handheld picking

Scan, count in cartons and units, report shortages and review a summary before closing.

Handheld pick line: location, item, expiry and quantity in cartons and units

Tasks, queues and exceptions at a glance.
