As of September 2026

Most businesses aren't run in one system. They're run between systems.

An order arrives on WhatsApp, is typed into the ERP, printed for the warehouse and checked again by phone. Every hand-off is a place for mistakes, and nobody sees the whole picture.

  • Old ERP
  • Excel sheet
  • WhatsApp message
  • Printed pick list
  • Phone call

From order to documents

The journey of one order.

The same product, the same customer and the same price, from the rep's tablet to the warehouse shelf. No retyping between systems, and a record along the way.

1Order

An order comes in from the field or from your existing system.

The rep picks a customer and branch, adds products from the catalog and sends. Orders from the existing ERP are brought in continuously, with duplicate checks.

  • Sample Minimarket · Central branch12 linesReceived
  • Neighborhood Grocery8 linesPossible duplicate
  • Square Supermarket21 linesReceived

2Price & assortment

One pricing engine, from the office to the field.

Policy, special price list, base price list and the customer's assortment. A line without a valid price is stopped, never sent out on a guess.

  • Olive oil 1 LSpecial price listValid
  • Raw tahiniBase price listValid
  • Whole-wheat flour 1 kgNo priceStopped

3Intake

A warehouse intake queue.

The shift manager sees every order with the stock status of each line and assigns a picker.

  • Order 447112/12 availableAssigned: picker 2
  • Order 44727/8 availableShortage on line 5
  • Order 447321/21 availableAwaiting assignment

4Picking

Picking on a handheld.

The picker sees the location, counts cartons and units, reports shortages and confirms a summary before closing.

  • Tomato paste 400 gB-04-2-033 ctn + 4 units
  • Persian rice 1 kgC-11-1-02Not found · count
  • Olive oil 1 LA-02-3-012 ctn

5Stock

Stock by location, batch and expiry.

A digital twin of the racks and picking by nearest expiry. Expired stock, or stock not yet fully received, isn't available for sale.

  • B-04-2-03Batch 0925Expires in 21 days
  • B-04-2-04Batch 1125Available
  • R-01Batch 0825Expired · blocked

6Distribution

Delivery routes, pallets and loading.

Customers are assigned to delivery routes, pallets are built per order and loaded per run.

  • North route · Sunday14 stopsPlanned
  • Pallet 3 / order 4471ClosedAwaiting loading
  • Central route · Monday9 stopsAwaiting approval

7Documents

The delivery note is built from the order itself.

With delivery tracking, on paper or electronic, and returns linked to it.

Everyone works on a screen built for them.

Rules, not guesswork

The system stops what shouldn't go through.

Automation with clear rules, not a black box. When something doesn't add up, it reaches the right person with the reason.

  • Stopped

A line without a valid price doesn't go out.

The system doesn't guess a price. The order is held until someone deals with it.

  • For review

A duplicate order is caught, even when it came through two channels.

Exact matching, plus detection of a near-identical order that was corrected.

  • Blocked for sale

    Expired stock isn't sold.

Stock that hasn't been fully received isn't available to order either.

  • Count

Picker couldn't find an item? A count opens.

Stock changes only after a manager approves.

Under every screen: one foundation.

This isn't a set of tools wired together. Every app works on the same data and the same rules.

  • One product record

The same product in the office, the warehouse, the rep's tablet and the online store.

  • One pricing engine

Policy, special price list, base price list and assortment. The same answer in the office, in the field and at order intake.

  • One customer card

Company, branches, contacts and commercial terms.

  • Role-based access

Each employee sees and does only what their role allows.

  • Change log

Key actions are recorded: who, when and what changed.

  • A separate environment per company

Each company's data is isolated in its own database.

Controlled migration

Replace your ERP one domain at a time.

Your existing system keeps working and stays in sync. Each domain moves only after the reconciliations are clean and you've approved.

No blind cutover. No running a company on hope.

How the move works

Built with a food distributor. On the floor, not in a lab.

NextERP runs inside an Israeli food distributor. The warehouse has a digital rack map, pickers work with handhelds and field reps with tablets, and the same catalog also serves an online store.

Every operational event becomes business knowledge.

NextERP records orders, picks, counts and stock movements as structured data, where and when it happened. That foundation already connects the core workflows of the business. As operational history builds up, it enables automation and decision support that keep getting better.
